Digital Products

Veil Studios sells digital website templates and design assets. All products are delivered digitally. No physical products or custom design services are included unless explicitly stated.



License Grant – Personal Use Only

When you purchase a template from Veil Studios, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.

This license allows you to:

-Use the template for one (1) website for your own business or brand

-Customize the template with your own content and branding


This license does not allow:

-Use for client websites

-Use on multiple websites

-Resale, redistribution, or sharing of any kind

-Claiming the template as your own work

-Creating derivative or competing template products

-Each purchase is valid for one website only.



Prohibited Use

You may not:

-Share or distribute files

-Allow third-party access

-Remove copyright notices

-Use templates in violation of applicable laws



Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Veil Studios does not store or process payment information directly.



No Guarantees

Veil Studios makes no guarantees regarding business results, income, traffic, SEO rankings, conversions, or performance. Templates are provided as design tools only.



Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Veil Studios and are protected by copyright law.



Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to our products if these terms are violated.



Limitation of Liability

Veil Studios shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
