REFUND POLICY

All Veil Studios products are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.



Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only for:

-Duplicate purchases

-Technical issues preventing access

Customers must contact support before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access.



TEMPLATE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Each Veil Studios template purchase grants a single-use, personal license for one website only.



Permitted Use

-Personal business use

-Customization for branding and content



Prohibited Use

-Client projects

-Resale or redistribution



File sharing

-Claiming ownership or authorship

-Creating competing template products



Enforcement

License violations may result in termination of access and legal action.
